When you commission me, you are agreeing to the terms listed on this page. They are subject to change in the future.
Will Draw:
❤ Original characters/fan art
❤ Avatars (gaiaonline, LINEplay, etc)
❤ Created game characters (mmos, rpgs, etc)
❤ Kemonomimi (animal ears/tails/horns/mer-folk)
❤ blood/bruises/ecchi/some real life refs, franken-refs(pic compilation+written info)
Won't Draw:
✖ Completely written references
✖ Clutter, groups, backgrounds, canon x oc
✖ nudity/hentai/gore
✖ mecha, heavy armor, macho
✖ furry/anthro/etc.
The Artist:
✦ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, without the obligation to disclose an explanation.
✦ I am currently accepting commissions through commiss.io's site.
✦ I reserve the right to post/not post completed commissions on social media(deviantart, tumblr, twitter, etc) or to use as art examples.
Art Process:
✦ Slot availability: 1-2 slots/commission type at a time, as soon as a project has been completed, slots will open up again.
✦ Alterations: excessive changes, and major alterations near/after completion will have additional costs. To avoid this, make sure you let me know what changes to make during early wip approval.
✦ The client will recieve:
• A digital, full sized, unwatermarked .png file.
Payment:
✦ Payment should be sent after your commission request has been accepted.
✦ Your privacy is safe when you use commiss.io/stripe. The information shared with the artist will only be the buyer's display name/username. On your bank statement purchases show up simply as 'commiss.io'
✦ Base prices are listed on on my price page and commiss.io. Prices may change depending on the complexity of the character, or if it has props/pets. The price will be adjusted on commiss.io after discussion. Please read the info links below to learn more:

The Client:
✦ Art that you receive is for personal, non-commercial use only.
✦ You are not allowed to remove my signature, claim the art as your own, sell, alter/ask others to alter, or trace the art. You are not allowed to sell products with my art/logos/designs on them.
✦ Resizing and crops for use as an icon are ok.
✦ The client is welcome to repost the paid/completed artwork on their sites: social media, toyhou.se, charahub etc.(don't upload to dA as a gallery submission). Please be sure to credit/@tag-link back to @PhantomKittyy. You can also retweet/reblog from my original social media posts if you'd like.
✦ You retain all rights to your original character(s).
Traditional Art:
✦ Non-Refundable Deposit: 50% of commission price.
✦ Concept sketches will be provided in early stages.
✦ Turnaround TIme: depending on the medium, this will differ greatly by project.
✦ Cancellations: commission will not be delivered. Please refer to the link below, and click on the "Moderate" tab.

Communication:
✦ I will send you wip images w/ watermarks in the early stages of the process, please reply promptly to approvals so I can keep working on your art, keep conversations professional.
✦ Through the project system on commiss.io, we can discuss things on-site there.
